Monitor Hot water and Central heating

In my house I have City Heating including Hot Water

This means there is always hot water and heating available.

Using the Fibaro universal sensor and external temperature sensor I can monitor the hot water.

This gives extra possibilities in the Scenes.

When shower hot water temperature is above 30 degrees turn on the ventilation.

When heating temperature >35 heating is on.

Ventilation scene can be also done with a humidity sensor in the bathroom. Nevertheless I like your solution because no batteries are involved.

I have also the Everspring Humidity sensor in use.

Detection via humidity is a bit slow and wil not always work..

I few seconds the temperature via Uni sensor will be above 30

Also setting some other triggers...when Hot water of kitchen or the bathroom >30 there is someone in house.
