Hi,

Can you post more information of your Foscam FI9821W, for example JPG path, MJPG path.

How are you accessing the camera's? From internal or external network? Did you set the FL9821W to mpeg mode? Search the board on how to do this.

I have a similar problem with HC2. When I access my cams from my internal network by web interface they all show up, however when I switch to the dashboard in the same web interface on my internal nework only the cams that are accessible from the internet show up.

Hi, I'm connected in LAN at home, I didn't try from outside.

The cam works perfectly in Web Page, I setted in home page preview (JPG every 3sec.) and in the device page (MJPG).

Works in home page in MJPG preview too, no issues of any type, the problem is only in mobile apps (iphone and ipad too).

    the setting are these:

    JPG path: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    MJPG path: cgi-bin/CGIStream.cgi?cmd=GetMJStream&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    LEFT: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveLeft&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    RIGHT: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveRight&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    UP: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveUp&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    DOWN: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveDown&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

    STOP: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzStopRun&usr=xxxx&pwd=xxxx

The ip address is in the IP address field in cam config page of HC2

    Thanks

    Domenico

This is the screenshot, the complete urls are in my previus post, just change username and password.

10.0.0.241 is the IP address of the cam, 88 the http port.

I use last available foscam firmware: V-2.11.2.8

Please login or register to see this link.

I configured secondary stream as MJPG with this one time command on the cam: http://:/cgi-bin/BGIProxy.fcgi?usr=&pwd=&cmd=setSubStreamFormat&format=1

Then all works perfectly in web, but in apps (iPhone and iPad) I have no cams.

Are you connecting remote via the home.fibaro.com web page or directly to your home IP? If the last you have to make the camera port(s) available from the internet via port forwarding.

if you connect remotely, it should not be an issue. but if you access to your home isp directly, you will have to port forward your ip camera in order to to the camera available for viewing.

Has anyone managed to fix this? I've updated the firmware, i can see the camera in fibaro's web interface, but in my ios app i only see a static picture, which is not refreshing. I use a mjpeg stream.
