Start scene when arming the alarm on HCL

Is it possible to start a scene when I arm the alarm without using LUA?

I think so.

Use

"device id" == "safe and armed"

This requires that the sensor is "safe", but usually this is a requirement for arming anyway.

    I made the assumption that the scene would be triggered continuously when it's safe and armed.
