I think the RGBW module by Fibaro is one craziest invention in the Home Automation segment as it allows so much variety to different types of scenes, triggers and schedules.

Since, RGBW lighting is often considered for effective mood lighting I would like to know if Fibaro is planning to add more inbuilt programs (e.g: Fireplace, Rainbow, Storm, Aurora & LPD) for its RGBW controller?

There is this controller called the 'Crazy Lights LED Controller' which can perform almost 130 different programs. You can find it here

So the main question is:

1) Is Fibaro planning to add more programs? If yes, then when should one expect them?

2) Is there any way to use this 'Crazy Lights LED Controller' and integrate it with Fibaro?

They supply one RF remote along with the controller.

You can see the 'Crazy Lights LED Controller' in action here:

Hello geeklabs,

The leds you have seen are programmable leds with SPI signal.

Fibaro rgbw is not compatible with such a leds.

1) It is not a problem of adding more programs it is a problem of hardward

Now you can change color of the whole tape not a single led like on youtube.

Thanks simryc that helps. Although It would be crazy if it was compatible. Hoping for it in the near future.
