I would prefer to not order hardware before I have some confirmation that they will work.

    Hi,

    In Philio 4in1 multisensor  (PSM02),

Motion and Door sensors seems to be combined. Anything we can do to check Door open state ? (because it unbreach after motion sensor breach timeout, and make unuasable the use of open/close door status).

Anything we can do ? Many thanks.

Yeah, it´s still a big problem for me too.

Are there any parameters to change or workarounds to get the door/window sensor back for the Philio 4in1 (PSM02)? I got a lot of them and I can´t use them in my alarm system. Only motion, light and temperature work (there is no module for door/windows anymore

    Hello,

As it was mentioned before, it is possible that the issue with the sensors was not solved by the manufacturer. The sensors are most probably still combined and they work inseparably.
