403 Access forbidden - Alpha 3.901

Creating new scenes with Alpha version in some cases will be given 403 error - Access forbidden (as Admin user)

After this nothing in scenes will work more - you must restart the HC2 (soft), then all will be ok again.

Is there any specific condition which causes this error? Did you make sure that alarm is not activated? In case of alarm activation, this error will occure. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi

I have installed new HCL over the weekend. Have a few things that I struggle to get sorted. Will post in separate topics to keep organized.

I cannot create new scenes. Error 403 Access Forbidden.

Alarm is turned off.

I have updated the HCL to version 3.593

Any suggestions?

I am also getting access forbidden. I think it is happening when an Android phone is using the app, but I am not entirely sure that this is the only cause.

The only way around it is to log back in again and hope access isn’t restricted again. I however am using beta 3.591.

Are you sure you access HCL with admin rights? Is problem still present after restart of HCL?

Have you tried different browser? If so, the case may need a closer look from support team and please wait for their response.

Thanks, it was Chrome giving the problems. I could access it with Explorer.

I have the same issue (403 Access forbidden) with HCL version 3.593, issue doesn't depend of alarm. As browser I'm using Chrome or Safari on Mac.

And one more question - what is default PIN for Fibaro Motion Sensor to switch-off alarm.

You must set up it in access control panel

Happened to me as well on 3.591.

Can't edit or add any scene...

However a restart fixed the issue.
