Problem with LUA

RiccardoCanetta

Question

Hi all,

I have a scene that, when triggered (via RUN button or from another scene), should do 3 simple things depending on the value of a global variable

Please login or register to see this code.

Problem is that when the device is turned off, in both cases I get 10 emails instead of 1 - 5 with subject "1" and 5 with subject "2"

Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

Thanks a lot

Riccardo

fibaro:setGlobal("GiardinoDx", "1");

and

fibaro:setGlobal("GiardinoDx", "2");

lines are triggering the scene to run many times. It is surprising your HC2 does not crash.

Put a line in at the top so only one instance can run at a time and it will work.

Please login or register to see this code.

and a short sleep at the end to be sure as scenes run in own chunks from what I can discover
