Smoke sensor configuration issue

Hi Forum,

We have configured new fibaro smoke smoke sensor on HC2 in a battery mode. We have done Zwave Range test and Manual trigger of the sensor as per the user manual provided along with the sensor, we have got a positive result.

When sensor is exposed to smoke it is not making any triggers means no beep beep sound and no breached indication on the sensor icon.

How can we solve this issue?

Does any one faced such an issue. Kindly help us out
