Home Center 2 not working properly with TKBHome TZ71

When HC2 sends a "TurnOn" I can hear a short relay click, but TZ71 doesn't turn on and the device status on HC2 changes back to "off" after 1sek.

I have tried 3 TZ71 devices and the problem occurs on each of them. An example attached to my post. Do you have any experience with TZ71 working with HC2 ?

I have no problems with other TKBHome device - TZ76 works very well.

Are you sure there isn't somewhere in your system a scene that turns off the device when it is turned on ? Did you try to deactivate all scenes and try again .

From the included movie I have the impression that the device turns on and once the new status is reported to HC2/HCL immediately a new signal is sent to turn it off.

I'm sure there are no scenes that turn off the device. It is a new device, not used in any scenes. My scenes are quite simple (not LUA). I spent hours trying to make it work...

I'm almost sure the devices are damaged.

Hi,

the problem is solved, the device was not damaged.

The inputs COM and K3 need to be closed to make the device react on z-wave commands.
