Receive emails if the status of a module changes

alkorsi

Question

Hi all,

I am a newbie with the Fibaro-System and I did the following configuration to receive emails by a status change of a module:

1. in the access control panel I configured an email-adress for my user

2. in the notification panel I configured a message to be used for emails

3. in the advanced configuration for a window/door-sensor I configured this message to be sent via email if the status changes

But nothing happens if the status changes. What´s missing or what´s wrong?

Any Ideas and help?

many thanks in advance and kind regards,

alkorsi

What type of device are you using the notification with? Is it a battery-powered device?

  • ...it was my fault...it is working as expected...the mails were automatically marked as spam and moved in that folder
