Problem inclusion with FGK-101

Dear All,

i have a problem with inclusion: I've included five sensor without problem, but the last seems not work… Led blue always on… I've made the reset but nothing.

Any suggestions?

try to hold the Tamper button while pressing the include button 3 times. it seemed to help me, just not sure if it actually does anything

Thanks. I've tried but seems not work… Now the led blinking.

To properly include FGK module cover must be closed.

Try to exclude device first by pressing rapidly tamper button.

Next go to inclusion mode and add device again.

The led is always blinking and breached also near the magnet.

Always close back tamper switch or front cover tamperswitch, they are in a serial loop.

Exclude the sensor and try again in the near of your controller. After a correct inclusion always

triple click again for a wakeup and the last parameters of the config will be send.

This must work, if not it's probably damaged, as you said you've tried the full reset before.

Device configured correctly but is always breached and led blinking…

I have ten FGK and this is the first with problem. I don't understand.

It seems that the reset procedure fails. Not double blink but led always on.

I had a lot of issues when replacing battery. After replacing the battery the LED was just blinking and draining the battery and I finaly I found in a post in this forum how to do it and maybe this would help you as well:

Ensure that the device are reset

Put the magnet away to ensure that the device is breached

Add the battery

Close the lid

Include the device by clicking the tmp button on the device several times

If you need to remove the battery when mounting the device in its proper position ensure that it is breached when you remove the battery as well as it is breached when you add the battery.

This way I at least solved all issues I had when changing batteries, I hope it can be helpful for you.

The reset procedure fails. Led always on after the reset.

I think that the sensor has some problems.
