This does not seem to be too difficult to fix and has been reported long time ago.

How about it Fibaro Team, I sold 11 HCL to customers with the promisse that Light turns on at sunset and its still not working.

What exactly is the bug? Does it not turn on at the right time or not at all?

I have realized that it doesn't seem to be accurate, but has anyone done any analysis of how 'wrong' it is?

As far as i could figure it out, it doesnt do anything, i mean it doesnt take sunset settings into account, so it always works. I have a light connected to the frontdoor, and it only should turn on when you open de frontdoor after sunset until sunrise. But it turns on at anytime of the day, making it useless...

They are not ignored, they are off by quite a few hours. This should be so relatively easy to fix that I can't really begin to grasp why it hasn't yet. What worries me is that the HCL is aimed at a new customer segment, but Fibaro chooses to leave this new user group without this critical piece of functionality since the release of the HCL. I think this is deadly for customer satisfaction, the symptoms we are already seeing on the forums. The way I see it this can only have 2 probable causes: either patching this error on the current HCL is so complex it is worth annoying the customer, or there currently is no bug fixing team for the HCL. Don't know whats worse...

I´ve sold several HCL - all have this bug. Sometimes sunset is at 3pm sometimes it´s the whole day DAY!
