Is there any way to remotely reboot the HC2?

I think mines stopped responding.

Last item in the event history was at 21:45 last night and then nothing.

I'm not at home at the moment, so cant just switch it off and on.

Been using port forwarding on my router to gain access to the control panel. I have also confirmed its nothing to do that by using teamviewer to take control of a computer on the network and its the same.

Cheers.

Try doing this

http:///api/settings/reboot

or simply go into configuration and click on restart.

Since he used port forward, it will be alright to fill in the port forwarding address into the hc2 ip address part. It will still work.

I attached virtual device that reboots Home Center. In Host and Authorization set IP of your HC2 and its username and password encoded in basic64. IP address of virtual device should be the same as HC2s, TCP Port: 80. Then everything you need is to make scene that uses this device.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    1) Can i import the reboot_home_center.vfib or just copy past into new virtual device ?

    2) where can i find more about basic64 encryption ?

    Many thanks in advanced

    best regards,

Yes you can import virtual device but just remeber to change IP for yours both in virtual device settings and under button code.

The sentence for encryption was not exactly clear , but found it out.

username:pww in once sentence and then encrypt in Basci64

Thanks the reboot schedule is working
