Not able to connect to Fibaro HC2 on mobile application

Question

Posted

Hi guys,

Opened up my application minutes ago and realized that I was not able to login as the application shows home center not found. Went over to home.fibaro.com to take a look and realized that I'm unable to access my Fibaro HC2.

Is the remote access server down?

As far as I know, for me it has been down since 2014-06-07.

Home.fibaro.com has been showing this settings icon which I'm not able to access my HC2 at all.

Fibaro support replied my email stating that they are modernizing their servers and perhaps mine was connected to a new server thus my system needed a reboot to reconnect to the new system.

That is not fine. Handover between servers should not result HC2 to be offline, it could be catastrofic for user.

Fibaro support just control my system and tried to resolve the issue. He mentioned that servers for Singapore, Thailand, etc are changing to new ones. Thus, it might take some time for remote access to work again.

@rantta, reboot does not work. It is got to do with the server side.

Yeah, seems like a reboot works too. Managed to connect to remote access.
