recovery led

I have hc2 with the led recovery lid (+ symbole lid) hc2 is not working and i cannot enter it from any way

Has some body any suggestions?

Led me be more specificate

my first 3 leds are on thats ok but the 5 led is also on.

the 5 led is voor recovery'.

I cannot login the hc2 not with my computer and also not thru home.fibaro.com

The hc is not workong the scene's does not run. with telehone and ipad also no connection

The hc is in de right network, i can find it with fibaro finder, but when i connect i come in the fibaro home server recovery panel.

The only option that i can choose is recover.

when i sellect recover it saids " Do you want to erase all devices from z-wave memory? "

when i choose yes it comes on with "The system drive could not be found."

I restarted the hc several times no reults i replace the recover usb stick also no effect
