This is on the docs.fibaro.com:

is there a way to edit the code of such a scene?

Because then I could make a virtual device with a button to update the code of my plugin

Then people don't have to do any copy pasting

I have changed a few pieces of code by requesting the entire json, changing the code in an external editor (be very careful with the newline "/n" though, hc2 is quite fuzzy about that) and the http put everything back into the json again. I'm not sure if it will work from inside the box though.
