I have installed an FGS211 2x1,5 kw connected to a standard Schneider two-button monostable wall switch. Everything seems to be correctly connected but to turn on/off the connected lights I need to doubleclick the switch buttons - and I can't figure out why.

Does anyone has any input on what might cause this?

Parameter 14 is set to monostable and have tried both options for parameter 13.

On Schneider wall switches feathers can be mounted above or below the switch. If mounted on the wrong side the effect will be that double click is required.

An easy to fix, but hard to find error indeed!

What do you mean by "feathers" ? And how do you mount above or below the switch?Which one is correct?

Sorry, the appropriate term in english should probably be "springs".

Schneider wallswitches are normally bistable but tiny springs are sold as accessories and may be fitted above or under the buttons so that they become monostable (push buttons).

Any wall switch can be mounted upside down, most people don't care much. In normal (bistable) use the only effect is that the connected load (lamp) is turned on when flipping the switch up instead of down. But when used as push button this has a radical effect on the function.

To work properly the button should connect the power when pressed, if mounted upside down it will disconnect the power instead which means that the server will interpret the switches position completely different.

To test how the server sees the switch position a few simple lines of LUA code is needed, but if aware of this, trial and error works as well
