Compare time in LUA ?

Hi there,

I am trying to compare time with a predefined time in a variable.

Example :

I am a bit stuck with os.date() and os.time() functions is there any good way to do that kind of work ?

I use this piece of code to turn off two plugs if a motion sensor has not seen activity for two hours:

The trick is that everything works on unix time, so that is seconds since 1.1.1970 00:00, so if you want to work with a time difference, you need to ensure that your variable is formatted based on this date.
