HCL Connectivity Issues + Unresponsive

Question

So I have successfully installed HCL with only 4 devices connected to it!

Ever since the installation I have been facing the following problems:

1) The internet(globe) light appears for a few moments and then goes off, but I am still able to get remote access. Weird right?

2) After a couple of hours, I can't access it remotely. What is more weird is I can't connect to it locally via phone or via laptop either. At this time only two lights are up (power and network).

3) I finally restart the HCL manually and then it works properly for some time and repeats the problem.

The thing is that I have to restart it repeatedly. Sometimes four times a day and sometimes once in two days. But this has been recurrent. I have tried everything possible with the Wi-fi router settings but still no result.

Any reasons why this is happening and how to resolve this? Please help as this has been installed for a client who is losing his patience.

    Hello, I have tried everything possible but the HCL still goes into being unresponsive randomly and only comes into play once it is restarted.

    Thank you for your support, I have mailed the details of the problem.

    I was actually waiting for the update thinking that would resolve the issue since it is a common problem with HCL.

    Since 1.8.2018, my remote access does not work. In the Wi-Fi network, I connect to HCL on both the mobile and the PC, outside the wi-fi network, which is also HCL, is not a remote connection. I did not change anything, did not set anything in either the router or HCL, nothing at all. It just stopped doing nothing. What with this? Where is the problem? Everybody puts their hands away and I do not enjoy it, the whole system is nothing! HELP!!!
