Video gate in 3.591

Hello,

I am trying to make a smart doorbell solution via the video gate functionality in version 3.591. I have a fibaro window/door sensor (set the paramater to toggle swtich). I have a foscam cam on my front door. When I push the button I see the toggle in the window door sensor, but I can't find anywhere where my videogate pops up? Not in my IPad and I don't see anything in the eventpanel (yes, I see the toggle on my door sensor, but nothing from the video gate).

What do I wrong or does it not work yet in 3.591?

Did you add your Ipad/phone to the mobile devices list in Access Contol Panel? The system will send push notification on these devices when button selected in Video Gate configuration is being activated.

Thanks. It works on the iphone, but don't get any notification (i have never received any notification) on my ipad.

What are you using for the 'bell' push? I'm interested to know how it works seeing as I;m new to HC2

I am using the door sensor and a normal bell. When I click the bell the door sensor sees it and run a scene

How does the door sensor 'know' that you (or someone) has rung the bell though?

you can connect on the input in your doorsensor two cables. See your manual of the doorsensor, there is an example of a doorbell (dont have it here at the moment)

Oh right, I didn't know that....I didn't realise there were connections to the Fibaro door sensor....will take a look! Many thanks

remcoploeg, is your ipad app up-to-date? I assume Ipad device is checked in access panel? Please check if pushes on your ipad are shown, when your app is lanuched.

Yes latest version of the app, of is there a 3.591 version for the ipAD?

Hi to All,

unfortunately I have the same problem with the ipad. The notify is sent to iPhone but never on my two Ipad. I try to send the test notification directly on the Ipad and those tests work fine!

Other question... where, can I find the panel video gate on IPad?
