Why doesent my icon shows on some virtuell device

I have a couple of virtuel devices and on 2 of them the icons is not showing when im on home.fibaro.com, when im on the android app and in my own network it shows as i should.

Any suggestion what could be the problem?

Network, browser issue it could be. Have the page finished loaded?

Just realised that one of my virtual device icon is not working as well. Under chrome and firefox. But rest of the virtual devices icon is working perfectly.

Have you performed recovery on your devices? Or removed icons from them? Have you tried readding icons?

j.nowacki, I have not performed any recovery on my hc2. Everything is working perfectly except for the fact that the icons are not there in home.fibaro.com so that does not bother me that much. But I think you guys have to fix that. I doubt a recovery can solve the issue.

I have the same problem since yesterday wit an AEON LABS motion sensor..... was working two days ago. Didn't update the HC2 or ever did a recovery.

When you try to add icons on Home fibaro.com its not possible. There is none if you click on icons.

And if you try to add one you got the error page above.

That's a common bug. I don't have all icons with remote access either.

Same problem here.

I have added the icons by directly accessing the HCL. With remote access on my android devices(mobile and tab) the icons does appear and function perfectly, but not when accessing remotely with Explorer.
