Video Gate Function

Hi guys,

Need to know if the video gate is only viewable on admin account? I tried giving permission to other accounts but the video gate is not under the devices permission. Thus, currently for me, only admin account can view the video gate.

Anyway for other accounts to view the video gate as well?

I see the gate as a normal user. I didn't set any permissions.

if the user does not have permission for the relay/switch on the video gate then they cannot see it... or if you did not set a relay/switch same again! set anything random to test it

Hello everyone,
I have tried to configure the video intercom, a door sensor connected to a camera and then to a switch. Part only a message of sensor breached but not the video. In addition, the tablet always connected, it stops. Does anybody know give me a solution?
