Strange behavior of HC2

Hello Forum,

We have observed strange behaviors of HC2 from past few days, following are the issues occurred on HC2,

1. One of the wall plug in HC2 network triggered by its own exactly at 1.30PM, at this time there were no scenes to trigger any of the events, the event panel also does not captured any events of wall plug at this time.

2. On Wednesday, around 8.30PM Fan & Light connected to dual on/off relay switch were turned off without any operations, in this case also event panel does not captured any events.

3. On Thursday, when main door is breached, after 10 min dimmer started turning on & off continuously, until we restart HC2 the situation was not under our control. In this case the dimmer and door sensor does not have any relation at all, here all the triggers are captured in event panel.

We observed there is no Alarms were activated when these issues occurred.

One month before also we noticed same kind of issues with different devices.

Does any one had come across such kind of issues, anyone know reason for these issues.
