Why is this device almost impossible to configure?

I recently bought 5 of them and so far have only managed to include one sensor. I have no idea how I managed to do it, but so far I am getting tired of constantly trying to add the next one.

I have even opened up every other box and tried each one once, but to no avail.

This is NOT a user friendly item and the instructions are not very clear.

Anyone able to give me some help?

Do you have problem including the device or configuring it?

Hi! I had the same problem:

Make sure the battery lid is closed, as you have to have the inside button pressed if you want to include it using the outside button.

And, as with all fibaro devices, press the outside button like a maniac mutiple times until you see the in/exclusion happen.

Hope this helps, did it for me. I tried to include it with the unit open, that doesn't work.

Hi scorpuk, could you please describe all the actions you perform to include D/W sensor? Please notice that both tampers should be pressed while adding to the system (there is additional one at the bottom of module, to detect attempts of dismounting device). Remember to include device in direct range of controller.
