no IP CAM in iPhone app or Android app

Strange things.

The are 2 IP CAMs, connected to Fibaro's HC2.

I can see both videos in WEB shell.

But no video (at all) in Android and iPhone apps.

Is at a bug or something else?

Check if mjpg path is correct.

Def461, please make sure credentials for this camera are not empty, since it can cause problems with viewing stream on Apple devices. Also they should not contain any special signs or spaces. Regarding issue on Android device: please check if you can see stream in Chrome browser correctly.

WITH credentials I can't see the video at all.

Without - I can't see video on Apple and Android.

Def461, did you filled proper fields in interface after changing username and password in camera? Try refreshing network data in configuration of an app.

The only way I can get ANY live video in WEB shell - connecting without auth.

Any login/pass brake the video completely.

Videoserver can give RTSP or MJPEG streams. Main or substream. With or without auth.

The only working is MJPEG sub without auth. But ONLY in WEB shell.

Def461, credentials should not cause such troubles, I have never encountered problem with connecting to camera which was password protected. Please try making your mjpg stream default one and if it wont help contact support so we can investigate it deeper.

in WEB it works, in mobile I get "No device of this type", already tryied every possible config with no success.

On the iPad and iPhone settings do you have anything entered in the remote access connection fields?

If not, enter some text. It will come up as "wrong credentials" but just say OK to that.

It got my cameras showing...

The remote access working properly, with "right credentials".

So, it isn't my case. Officials can't solve the bug since August 02.
