Question

Posted

Hello,

It seems that RGBW devices aren't available in the dashboard so we can not switch on/off a led strip or check if one of them is turn on (for example) from the dashboard screen.

elmips, did you choose RGB/RGBW strip as connected device in configuration of RGBW module? Are the modules not visible at all. What do you mean by dashboard? Do you mean ordinary browser interface?

j.nowacki, the module is visible in the HC2 main interface and is configured as an RGB device.

    (see grab screen below)

but I can not see it in the dashbord screen of the HC2 (see 2nd grab screen) and the RGB light strip is not count as a light in the system. (actually turn on, but 0 light is count as turn on in the dashbord)

I have exactly the same issue. I can see it in HCL device list and control it with no problem, I can see it trough mz phone, but it is not presented in mz tablet and in the alarm section of HCL. I do not have an idea, because in phone it works great, in tablet it is not mentioned.

    Did you solve this issue?

I have also the problem in 4.018 Beta.

I can see the RGBW controller and control it in the user interface.

But the controlling doesnt work, and input doesnt respond.

Also i can't save any Associations anymore.

Hope you can solve this problem soon.

Or can i go back a version in the firmware?
