HC2 - Problem of stock in France

Hello,

I'm new in this forum, I'm French, so sorry for my english.

I started the domotic there is 7 year ago, with HS2 pro.

Now I would lilke to change to HC2.

So end of July, I bought in my classical domotic shop (official partner's Fibaro) 2 HC2, but since this date, the stock is empty and impossible for them and for me, to know why.

Have you one idea why Fibaro doesn't send HC2 ?

you can buy them everywhere, i would say search for a dealer in Belgium or the Netherlands.

I already bought them, and the waiting time was of 6 day, but now dealer has no explication come from Fibaro. I don,'t want to cancel my order because I trust in my dealer.

I agree to wait, but I would like to know why I need waiting. My dealer try to have news from Fibaro without success, so I try too.

Maybe Fibaro prepares new version of the HC2

trust in youre dealer is one thing, waiting for weeks to get a hc2 is another

To me it would seem that Fibaro makes batches of the HC2 and then distribute them to their dealers. At least once this year there was a slight delay in deliveries that perhaps would be due to being sold out and waiting for a new batch.

I wouldn't worry but just wait to get them.
