How to check if sensors are really armed?

Question

Posted

Hi all,

Within a scene (implemented with blocks and not with LUA) I set a group of window sensors to armed. This works. But I want to get informed via push if the sensors are really armed or if it failed for a sensor. Is it possible to check if the sensors are armed? If so which condition I would have to use (from the options available for the window sensors within the blocks?

Thanks and kind regards,

alkorsi

There is a notify me function in the window sensor setting page but I'm not very sure if it works because the option only has turn on/off or status change. Not very sure if arm/disarm is one of it's option. Else you could try a scene/virtual device to check if it's armed.
