Simultaneous remote access from multiple clients

Hi guys,

I've came across a strange problem with accessing HC2 from multiple mobile/web clients remotely at the same time.

Every time i turn on the android client, it kicks me out of the web client with 403 error.

The similar problem is with multiple android clients. If turn on the app on the phone while watching the cam on the other, the video stops.

I understand there is probably a technical limitation with remote access tunnel.

Do you plan solving this out soon by any chance?

The simultaneous remote access is a crucial feature to me and probably many others (who simply havent noticed the problem yet)

minimax, access through home.fibaro.com (which is used also in mobile apps) is indeed limited to 1 connection at a time. If you need to allow more people to use HC, VPN usage is recommended.

Is it possible to register two separate accounts to use remote access (1 connection at a time but no need to use same account)?

from my experience, only one account can be associated with with the hc.

Does creating few more acct on hc works?

There's remote access account(remotely) and access control panel user(locally).

Do you mean remote access account can only have one user?
