I would guess HomeKit integration (via whatever technology (wearable? AppleTV G4?) they will launch on 9/9),

Yup... I'm guessing homekit integration too.

I'm guessing HomeKit as well, and I'm also guessing it's not US only but simply because this event is exactly one day after Apple's WWDC (which is tonight) where they will probably introduce HomeKit as part of iOS 8.
