Experience and ideas all together for a open discussion to help Fibaro make a smooth service process

Do's

- Before posting to the Forum, make an effort to search our Forums for the idea / comment first.

- Post your idea's about the service you should think Fibaro must improve.

- Post comments on experience you had and what you think should go better.

(give simple example; like dat you post bug list, no feedback next version still problems)

- Give Feedback to Fibaro when you think they did a good job.

- Keep your post short, simple and positive.

- If an idea already made, quote this person (or copy) and give +1 for instance, or add a comment

- Other things that can improve the service support

- Help me improve this section so we can help Fibaro

- Beta version "rating"

- when beta is out, in next days there wil be a ration of 1 - 10 how the beta is

exp: 1 - 5 > beta is unstable, many major problems, some major scenes don't work

6 - 10 > minor probllems, most scene's work, minor id problems

- Documantation

- about the system

- recovery mode

- Bug List feedback

when bug is listed and Fibaro takes that for notice inform you taken care of in version... or something like that.
