i am using HC2 in my office. I want to make my office more Fibaro and Smarter.

I want to get rid of the time attendance machine we have.

Lets say, if I come in, I touch the iPad and type my code (my room can be Arm) to disarm my room and will register my name in History that I have Disarmed my room. At this time lights will be ON in my room and AC is ON lets say.

When I go out I can re Arm my room and my room will be off and it will be registered that I left at 6 PM for example

What about another thing, I want to add Virtual devices, a virtual device for each user. So for example, from my office, i can press on "COFFEE +" to order 1 coffee from the office boy.

At the office boy's iPad he will get a notification and he has his own virtual device's label which says:

"Coffee - 1 - Room#1"

What do you think? Will it work?

Anyone can help me coding this thing?

Do it easier, just let the vd send an e-mail to the coffee boy with the description of the room and # of coffees

The office boy Fibaro user will have only the Virtual Device

    I would yell at him.

    Advantages :

    - Fast reaction (the speed of sound is 343 metres per second (1,125 ft/s))

    - Priority Management ( those who yell the hardest , or bosses get served first ( completely automatic)

    - eco friendly ( doesn't need power)

    - Reliability ( doesn't work if coffee boy is ill , or your voice is off)

    Disadvantages

    - Noise

How about if it like 400 m2 office!

    Yelling would be a PROBLEM

And we claim that we sell "Smart Home Solutions" to our customers

YOu have to do quite some work to get what you want. First off, if you want to have a arm/disarm solution you need to build an alarm front end with something inbetween the fibaro and your input panel. I built something similar for my home tablet interface. It was a pin panel where you could input a user and then activate using their own PIN code. depending on who disarmed the alarm, it would have different actions. Once you have the pinpanel setup, it is just a question of setting up a scene which activates when a certain pin is entered.

The coffee ordering system is somewhat easier. You just create a virtual device where you can choose how many you want of a certain thing (i.e. coffee) and a set of buttons for what you want (coffee, water etc.) and then the VD will send the order to your office boy as a push notification. But again, I'd opt for a custom interface for the system, where you can choose whatever you want on a screen and then whenever you push a certain order, it will automatically be pushed to your clerk.

For office attendance and for coffee order the best suitable ones are electronic devices than that of human work force.
