Hi,

I've got the plugin kinda working, but not at all ..

I've worked out to go to dev.netatmo.com and started an app.

I've got my secret number and auth name, all good ..

but when i click get devices, i don't actually get anything ?

my Netatmo web tells me it is good to go, the HC2 tells me it is connected .. but clicking get devices still does nothing ?

Can anyone point me to what i am missing ??

Is there a step I've mucked up ?

Any update on the Netamo thermostat? Anybody tried it with the heating panel? I have the answer that it will be supported. But I don't want to change (with the upcoming winter) to a new thermostat that will not work (in the future with 4.x).

Mines bog standard. nothing exciting, no values, and I can't move them out of unassigned without instability

@alandee, thanks! That ruled unfortunately out my theory that renaming or adding sensors destroyed the algorithm.

But again - it can be ruled out - that's always some important info for the Fibaro guys

@alandee - I dragged and dropped them to correct room and that seemed to work - using the normal config to change room did not.

Zupermik, Drag and Drop worked for me briefly, but my system became very unstable and eventually froze up after moving 2 of them. Through config was not sticking, but then I've got no values either so I've given up till the next version I think

Anybody that can answer my question? I need to buy a new thermostat system (old one is dead) And I want to make the good decision:

nest works really well as long as you use the third party virtual device and not the crap they included as a plugin! use it myself and it works very well!

5. go back to hc2 and chose add plugin

6. go to adv tab and fill all inputs

Username - your login for example [email protected]

Password - your password

Clinet ID - from app what you created

Client secret - from app what you created

7. save

Check on you account setting on site

If it will be after 5minutes still empty try restart hc2 and check again when it will show go to next step

now you can press button "Get Devices"

as result you should saw something like that

I did exactly that and everything works absolutely fine, thank you ! But...after an hour or so the figures stop refreshing. After a restart of the HC2 you get an other hour or an hour and a half of accurate measurements after which the values stop refreshing again.

What do I do wrong ?

Well after lots of activity on bugtracker, I can say in my case, the plugin is now working under 4.019b

It works for 1-2 hours and after that no refresh of the values... If HC2 (v4.019) is restarted it works again for 1-2 hours and freeze again...

I'll wait for 4.574695 version. Maybe in that version it will work...

Mine was not working at all, so I decided to test something:

I removed the plugin from my HC2, remove my rain sensor from my Netatmo. Then I reinstall the plugin and .... Ohh thing was working fine (at least for some hours).

Then I reinstall my rain sensor on my Netatmo and the plugin freezed.

So, in my case, for sure, rain sensor are an issue.

But once the beta time is over, will there be a good plugin for my Netatmo to use without needing to code a bunch of stuff?

And will i be able to use the numbers from Netatmo like the temperature from it to control lets say my heater?

I do not have Netatmo devices, but my neighbour has it.

I created account at Netatmo, I created APP, installed plugin at HC2, put all the data etc.

When will the sound (Noise in db and min_noise, max_noise)  details be also available throughout the plugin. I like to use the level of produced sound to adjust scenes.

noise in dB is available via the plugin, it shows up as a separate device.
