I just bought 3 double relay switches. Very happy u went home to install them on some of my double power outlets. The surprise was that my power outlets have 2 wires instead of 3. Is it possible to control the power outlets independently using the relay switch?

Nope.

Pretty much every wall panel you will find has internal bridging between the sockets.

Sure, you could modify them, but that would be illegal for a layman to do in pretty much every country i have heard of.

Casar, if you have sockets with bridged outputs you should use Wall Plug or consider modification of your electrical installation.
