Question

Hi,
Sorry 1st post and already asking questions...
I have a virtual device which is currently polling a number of IP based machines (computers, printers mainly) which I'd like to track their ontime and rather crudely their power usage.
It's a short(ish) term scenario, over the next year or so funds permitting I'll put a z-wave device in line with these systems to track the actual power usage however for now (and just like my fibaro relay's) I'd like to just assume a power value when I know the device is on.
Is this possible? I can ping easily enough but I cant see how I can use lua or settings to make the virtual device show as a power consumer in my HC2.
Cheers
Atomic.
