Since a couple days i have several fibaro motion sensors, but the lux levels are very low.

Currently the lux level is 64 (the time is: 15:03) and the sun is shining. The sensor is in the kitchen.

This are my settings:

Wakeup interval: 1800

Par 40: 200 lux

Par 42: 1800s

Am i doing something wrong?

A map of the ground floor incl. the motion sensor. Next to the motion sensor is a big window (from the floor to the ceiling)

Hi,

I think the Fibaro sensor is very directional. I think the Aeon multisensor is better for ambient light, and fibaro is better for spot readings in my experience.

I have a fibaro sensor and Aeon multi mounted along side each other, and the aeon is closer to room average, but the spot metering of the fibaro is better for noticing a small change in one area.

cheers,

al.
