First Experiences with 4,017

Hi all,

I switched from 3.597 to 4.017 now two weeks ago. Here are my first experiences:

1) All pre-existing modules/nodes were now in the "Unassigned" category and not working at all. Deleting the devices didn't delete them from the unassigned list. After readding them they worked...most of the time.

2) Readding did NOT work for 50 % (1 in 2) of my Everspring door/windowsensors and 50 % of my FIBARO door/windowsensors. Even brand new FIBARO doorsensor refused to be added eban after 50 plus tries of deleting and readding.

3) NONE of my 6 Everspring Smokedetectors can be added but this time different than with the doorsensors: here with these smokesensors they SEEM to be added and parameters scroll in the window on top and in the adding window and at some point the HC2 says "device successfully added". But when you look up the device in the devices-list it can nowhere be found.

4)Some fibaro wall switches give trouble to be readded but, after several tries can finally be added succesfully.

5) Remote control through home.fibaro.com does not work: I get the start screen of my previous version 3.597

I browsed this forum for solutions to these problems but didn't find them. Please be so kind me to steer me to such solutions if available.

wienog, problem with devices being assigned to different rooms is a matter of conversion, they should be gone after re-including devices. When re-adding devices, please make sure that they are deleted first and in direct range of controller. You can also reset them in case of trouble with inclusion. Remote control is not enabled through home.fibaro.com for beta version. Thank you for helping us with developing new firmware. I am closing this topic, please share your experience in dedicated thread.
