Simple Blocks Scene Question

Question

Posted

Hi Folks,

Looking for a simple one I can easily bang in and run on our shack HC2.

Using blocks, how can I add a timer to work on days and also between specific times ??

ie Mon-Fri 9 to 5 ..

I can get the days, but the times are pre determined.

I guess I can do it in lua, but As I'm doing it remotely, I'd rather just use blocks.

I don't use blocks much for scenes

alandee, if you want to run your scene with a determined interval you can link two timer-based conditions with "and". If that is not the case the additional scenes are necessary: one to set a global variable and another one to clear it. Then, the actual scene should check that very variable at the beginning.
