Where could i get support, Tried everything

Question

Posted

Hi,

I installed a fibaro system at my parents house including lighting(fibaro builtin), heating(danfoss + horstmann), etc... They use it a lot and are used to it know but dont know anything about it.

I updated their system to the beta 4.0.17 and know nothing works. I tried recovery, any version, nothing helps...

Basicallly it seems my HC2 is not communicating via z-wave anymore. Tried the reset, tried the reconfigure etc. Nothing changes or seems to even create a response.

I have only had this setup sinds june/july, so really hope someone will help me...

Should i just get a new one? is this fixable?

pls help...

Can i post my HC2 number? Thanks!

A tip for the future, don't install a beta in someone else's home

Beta is for testing in a non-"vital" environment
