Fibaro - Best home solution ?

Hello,

I am totally new at home automation world, so I bought Fibaro HC2 and few sensors and I connected it properly, and now I want to buy more devices and make my home fully automated.

So, I registered here to ask you about some solutions because I saw your posts and you're experts for this things.

I need solution for

Garage doors (Now I have garage doors operated with motor, with wall button to open it)

Doorbell - I want when someone rings on switch to activate camera and to open doors from PC (Now I have an simple video gate which includes monitor and door open button, on the outside is only bell switch)

Central A/C - I want to adjust temperature by my PC (I have 9 cooling units connected on 3 wall thermostats which are not z wave)

Outdoor lamps (Regular lamps without any smart thing, just one switch, but 30 meters from house)

Can you please help me
