HC Lite and gas meter NOQ_NQ-9121

Good morning everyone,

I recently bought a gas meter reader, the NOQ_NQ-9121, tried to connect it but HC Lite did not recognise it as a meter or taking any readings...

Does the HC Lite (or HC2) support this type of devices? If so what is the way to use it?

maybe a smartmeter?
