Time zone incorrect

As you probably know Russia's government has nothing to do but to change the time zones in the country.

So now I'm struggling with all my scenes that starts not when I want it.

A you see on a screenshot I have 1 hr difference between time on a dashboard and settings.

How may I fix that?

Changing the time zone doesn't help.

Set it to "Download time from the Internet" rather than "Manual Settings"?

    UrSv, Thank you! That helped + I changed time zone to Qatar
