Home Center Lite - Cannot Be Restored - Need Firmware Image

Hi,

I have a home center lite. It's been working properly. Suddenly after a brief power outage, when it booted up again, I could no longer see any devices. The rooms are still there, but there are no devices.

The internet LED is not working. Even if I keep the recovery button pressed and it goes to the default IP, I can access the system locally, but remote access is not working under any scenario.

The system is acting really weirdly. It won't let me save any information (The backend keeps giving me a Access Is Denied error even if I try to change the date and time, for example).

Please help. I have team viewer set up.

I've tried to enter recovery and repair/recover, but since it cannot access the internet, I am unable to.

I haven't tried the repair from file option since I do not have the requisite image file.

abhilash, btw what adres IP got HCL? you can try unplug and plug cable with internet

Hi,

HCL has 192.168.81.1

I've assigned 192.168.81.200 to my router

My computer is 192.168.81.10

So I can access the HCL locally, but I have tried restarting it multiple times, tried to recover, but still no luck.

Please help soon because my entire home automation setup is not available right now.

abhilash, 192.168.81.1 you are holding button recovery too long.

Press and hold recovery button

press 1 time on hcl button power

when leds are start working (they will start animate from middle) release recovery button

then hcl should have dhcp address from your router and then he will have internet

Dear A. Socha,

When I try to set network mode form Static IP to DHCP in LAN Settings, I get an access is denied (403) error. I am the only user on the HCL.

The only way I can access the interface is through long-pressing the Recovery button, so that the HCL gets a Static IP.

I think there is some kind of corruption which has taken place for the HCL isn't letting me save any settings in the interface. I cannot even change date and time because I get a 403 error.

I've tried different routers, different internet connections, different homes.

Please help me? maybe if you can remotely access my system, it will become clearer what is going wrong.

Could someone please link me to a stable firmware image for the HCL. I would like to use the repair from file option in recovery mode.
