Figaro wall plug

Hey all!

New to HC2 from vera!!!

I assumed adding a simple fibre plug (the colour changing affair) would be simple!

Have tried everything; but cannot add the device. Plug is next to unit; have tried all the basic auto inclusion and manual inclusion but nothing!

I assume as a newbie I'm doing something wrong so please help!!

You need to write what have You done, then we will be able to help You and say what did you do wrong...

It should be simple:

1. Set the HC2 in inclusion mode from the Devices tab.

2. Push the button on the plug three times.

If you have tryed inclusion and it doesnt work then reset wallplug: hold down b-button until green/yellow light goes on then release button and click it quickly again. Then it should flash red light two times - plug is resetted.

Then remove plug from socket and put controller in inclusion mode, then put wall plug back into the socket - it should be found automatically. If not, then 3 clicks on the b-button will help.
