Code of opening door with delay time

when i open the door ,the relay switch open the lighting spots until i close the door (even after few minutes) then the relay switch turns off the lighting spots after 30 seconds from closing the door .

suppose:- door ID=47

relay switch ID=5

I need the code also, but is it possible to add timevalues to the code ?

I mean I would like to get front door entry hall light to go ON only when there is dark outside.

For example in winter time here in Finland it gets dark after 16:00 PM. So to the code it would be nice to get timevalue when the door triggers the entry hall light automatically between 16:00 PM - 24:00 PM.
