Fibaro Android App - Wifi Issue

I have both Fibaro HC2 and HCL connected to a router. I am having the same issue (described below) on both servers when using Android App.

The app works fine on wifi (local access) when there is internet.

Whenever there is no internet connectivity, it takes too long to respond (wifi on local access).

This problem is not seen when using iOS app (IPad / iPhone / iPod) or local PC or through a browser on the android app.

Any idea why this is happening?

    Just found this in a search after being told off for not searching... so on that note, can I assume that in 2 years there is still no update/fix on this?
