Challenge: Taking over a conventional CAT6 wired sysem

Recommended Posts

Alright so here is a challenge that we would really like to complete.

So we have a Hotel that has been hardwired with CAT6 throughout and all the rooms have the wires terminating at a common junction. The switches work on DC current.

I have seen videos of Fibaro taking over KNX. Can we do it here as well?

geeklabs, this video was made by one of our partners and as far as I know they used a gateway form KNX to LAN: eibPort 3.0. For more details you should contact authors of this clip.

    Hello Kuuno,

Great job on taking over a wired system. Genius work I must say!

We are looking to control the Lights and the thermostat. Kindly help us out.

    Thank you.
