Hi All

Only just received my first Fibaro kit so still learning.

I have a universal dimmer FGD - 211 and have a direct neutral connection to the dimmer, but when switching on a single LED bulb the bulb is on dimly when the dimmer is off.

I assumed with a direct neutral connected to the dimmer it would not have to pull power through the bulb and so would be fine on low power bulbs but it seems like it is not, or is there something I am missing ?

If this is correct then what is the benefit of having a direct neutral connection ?

So far I'm very happy with the HC2 but finding the heating side a little confusing

Cheers

Mike

MikeGooder, direct neutral connection may cut some noises in network caused by Dimmer. With lights different than traditional bulbs Bypass should be used no matter which connection diagram is used. If you have any questions, please contact us without hesitation.
