Question with LUA scenes

Hello im new to LUA and im trying to program a scene that notifys me when somebody comes in my house on a Thursday morning. So I have written this. Only problem is it doesn't work. Can anybody tell me where im going wrong. Thanks in advance

You declared function that contains all code, but you do not call it anywhere, so code triggers and ends without any results.
