When I pair the dimmers, the wall-switch doesnt work

First off, my specifications:

Software: InControl (latest version, I have also contacted them for support but no progress)

Windows 8.1 on Mac Air

Exxact Switches with “push”:

I have a problem with ten of my 10 Dimmer Switches from you. The issue is: once I pair the device with the Aeon Z-Stick OR miniRemote – then the switches on the walls doesn’t work anymore. Well, that’s not the trueth, they work if you click on them like you have never done anyting else in your life.

If I unpair the switches again, they work just fine.

I have updated to latest firmwire on both the Aeon Z-Stick and miniRemote.

I have tried to change parameters (set 14 to 1)

Second issue is my blinder/roller switch. This one doesn’t react at all on my changes in the software. If I shortcut the wires, I can make it go up and down but if I click on the software – nothing happens. I can hear a “click” but nothing else from that.
